Prenatal Yoga with Nicole Grey Register

Whether trying to conceive or already well on your way, this class is a great way to connect to your body with a gentle, yet strengthening approach. We will spend time learning how to breathe in ways that reduce stress. All levels, no previous experience required. Anatomy For Yoga with Irene Tokar

Understanding your anatomy allows you to deepen your yoga practice and take better care of your body in all of life’s activity. It offers another lens into understanding ourselves, our bodies and health. Each class emphasizes knowledge in action, practicing movement to help you to integrate knowledge into your own felt sense of the body and its wisdom.

Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras is a profound and foundational text for yogic philosophy and practice, and a source of wisdom at the root of the yoga tradition. In this series we will work from philosophical source texts, place the sutras in historical context, and explore how science aligns with these ancient teachings.
