Pranayama & Restoratives – Yoga for Our Times with Kathryn Payne Register
Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30 PM, Oct 13, 20, 27 & Nov 3 | $50 series | $15 single (email only – you will be invoiced)
A yoga class for the times – chill using classic yoga methods to breathe, relax, reduce muscle aches and unwanted tensions. All from the comfort of your own home. This class is for all levels and temperaments. Single sessions available just email with the dates you want to attend – you will be given and invoice for the appropriate amount. Refund policy – there are no cash refunds. If you miss a class you may make it up with Kathryn in her Thu morning class no later than 11/5, 2020. thank you!

Oct 13 – Breathe Into the Whole Body
Breathing into our center of gravity disperses the breath evenly throughout the body. Restoratives to release the back of the body.
Oct 20 – Knowing By Heart
Breathing into the heart center promotes a wide heart and an inner sense of our 3-dimensional body. Restoratives to release the chest, shoulders and hips.
Oct 27 – True Right, True Left
Breathing through the right and left side of the body promotes balance and harmony. Restoratives for the spiraling forms in the body (twists).
Nov 3 – A Final Rinse
Five essential practices (outer vayu) to cleanse the body of tension and expand our energetic reserves. Restoratives for the whole body.
Pranayama – breathing methods to calm the mind and nervous system. Gentle.
Restoratives – yoga postures using the support of props to plumb the depths of relaxation.
