A retreat gives us time away from our daily routine to immerse in a whole practice of yoga, one that fulfills our innate desire to connect within and deepen a felt-sense of breath, alignment and possibility. We will explore a range of postures with a focus on centering down, to give postures a lightness and felt-sense of emerging awareness. Each morning begins with pranayama and meditation, followed by an “adagio” paced flow practice. Afternoons are for seated poses with a focus on alignment and integrated bodywork, finishing in a restorative session. After a delicious dinner we will gather to ‘wax’ philosophical and journal if desired.
You may like to make this a ‘tech’ free weekend by giving our contact info to your family should they need you. Most food allergies may be accommodated, within reason (it will not be a gluten free facility but there are gluten free foods). Students from our advanced study program will attend this retreat – all students with 3 or more years of experience welcome.
3 pm – 6pm – Revitalize post commute with a flow practice, restoratives and intro to centering down, our theme for the weekend.
7:30 pm – 9 pm – Circle for practical philosophy and journaling
7:00 – 7:30 am – Just sitting (optional)
7:30 – 8:00 am – Pranayama
9 am – noon – Yoga practice
3 pm – 6 pm – Yoga practice (seated & restorative)
7:30 – 9 pm – Circle for practical philosophy and journaling
8:00 – 9 am – Pranayama & Just Sitting
10 am – 1 pm – Yoga practice – whole body

Refunds – 90% if canceled by 12/15/18, 50% until 1/15/19. No refunds after however you may send someone in your place, or if the space is filled by the waitlist all but $50 admin fee is refunded. Thank you!
