Yesterday I had the pleasure of witnessing Kathryn Payne‘s yoga class for people with MS and Parkinson’s. It was incredibly inspiring to watch and move with a roomful of people dealing with this kind of experience working completely from their own centers. They were beautiful, each discovering their own alignment with the practice, not just physically, but as union, as yoga is meant to be taught and practiced. The body can be such a vehicle if we allow it to be, not just in its freedom and strength, but also in what at first glance appears to be limitation.
